SCULPT

signature full-body class • sculpt • strengthen • stillness

A balanced blend of strength, tone, and release. This signature class combines sculpting exercises, cardio bursts, and mindful movement for a full-body reset. Using both heavier weights and lighter props, we alternate between building strength and lengthening through controlled, form-focused work.

Every class ends with a moment of stillness to reset and recharge — so you leave feeling strong, clear, and grounded.

A weekly sweat detox. This intermediate-level class blends rotating circuits, cardio pushes, and group-style burnouts using heavier weights. Designed for those who crave a challenge, love strength work, and want to leave feeling lighter — physically and mentally.
