Our Classes

From strength-building Sculpt to restorative Flow, our classes are designed to move, energize, and reset your body and mind. Join a high-energy weekend session or experience one of our specialty pop-ups—like an outdoor waterfront workout or Bridal Bootcamp. Every class is a blend of movement, mindfulness, and community.

  • A full-body sculpt class using lighter props like bands, Pilates balls, blocks, Bala Bangles, and more. We’ll tone and target every muscle group, leaving you feeling strong and balanced!

  • Restore, relax, and recover with a mix of slow flow and vinyasa. These classes are designed to reset the mind midweek and ease you into the weekend with mindfulness and intention.

  • Our newest, high-energy class brings Saturday morning vibes to life! Think group circuits, teamwork, and strength-focused exercises that will have you bonding and sweating with your crew — Perfectly paired with a post-class coffee walk with friends!
